DESCRIPTION:Free Community Workout!\nJoin us Saturday\, August 13th at Evergy Plaza for part 4 of our Saturday Summer Sizzler Workout at 8AM.\nThis is a FREE Community Workout that will incorporate many different aspects of fitness\, strength\, cardio\, and flexibility\, and will show you why ZA Athletics is Fitness Beyond the Hype!\n\nYou will participate in a class with experienced coaches who will coach you through the session and make sure you have all the instruction you need to succeed.\n\nThe class will include:\nA general group warm-up will help work on flexibility and prep your body for the rest of class. The workout will mix elements of strength and cardio by using your own body weight and the surrounding elements.
