DESCRIPTION:Come celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a FREE festival at Evergy Plaza! On Saturday\, September 17th\, we have quite the lineup for you! Headlining this event is Maria the Mexican\, who will be performing at 7pm\, but join us early for a variety of acts throughout the afternoon\, like Mariachi Habanero & DJ Charlene Matheny! Topeka’s Mayor\, Mike Padilla\, will be joining us at 6:45pm to highlight and celebrate the Hispanic community and their accomplishments in Topeka.\n\nJoining us as vendors at this festival will be Taqueria Mexico Lindo\, Flavor Wagon\, Poppin’ Squeeze\, Nancy’s Face Painting\, M& B Ethereal Designs\, Los Mandiles Rojos\, Native Whisper Arts\, The Thirsty Chariot\, & Manila Snow Cone Co.\, with more announcements coming up!\n\nWe will also be offering VIP packages for purchase:\n\nFamily VIP Package – Includes reserved 10×10 reserved spot on the Plaza\, one VIP parking spot\, 10 vouchers from Poppin’ Squeeze for either drinks or popcorn. $95.
